Eligibility
Godpleasers is operated for members and parents of the Renew Church Heber Springs youth performing arts ministry. Enrollment is initiated by program leadership; the SMS program is not open to the general public.
Acceptable use
By participating in the SMS program, you agree to:
- Use the SMS channel only for program-related communication
- Provide accurate phone number and contact information at signup, and update if it changes
- Not forward, share, or post messages outside the program in ways that compromise other members' privacy
- Not harass, threaten, or otherwise misuse the SMS channel
Misuse may result in removal from the program at the discretion of Renew Church Heber Springs leadership.
SMS terms
- Message frequency varies. Typically 1-15 messages per week during active program weeks; fewer during off-season.
- Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- SMS delivery is provided by a standard cloud messaging infrastructure provider acting solely on our behalf. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays or failures.
Privacy and data sharing
Phone numbers, message history, and any other personal information collected by the program are never sold, rented, leased, exchanged, or shared with any third party for that party's own use, and are never used for marketing, advertising, lead generation, or any commercial purpose. Use of the program is also governed by our privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The program is provided "as is" as a service to enrolled members. Renew Church Heber Springs makes no warranties about uninterrupted SMS delivery, message timing, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond program coordination.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled members via SMS or email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
